Marjorie has been a massage practitioner since 1999, specializing in deep tissue massage. She continues to expand her knowledge and skills that complement her techniques. When she is not at the clinic, she’s a new Mom to her cocker spaniel puppy!
Courtney’s passion for health and wellness has been evident all her life.. A competitive soccer and ringette player from an early age — and now a national-level ringette referee — she continues to stay active on and off the ice.
Courtney will graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, in August 2025, where she will earn her Master Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc). After her licensing exams, she will be ready to accept new clients. (September 2025) Before discovering osteopathy, she completed a diploma in Health, Wellness & Fitness and earned her personal training certification through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. For over 13 years, she has been working as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, helping clients reach their goals and build healthier lifestyles.
Courtney first found osteopathy through her own injuries in 2019, which sparked a deeper curiosity about the body’s innate ability to heal and regulate itself. Inspired to expand her knowledge, she began her osteopathic studies in 2021 and is now dedicated to helping others restore balance and ease through gentle, hands-on treatment.
Today, Courtney combines her extensive background in movement and fitness with the principles of classical osteopathy to support her clients’ unique health journeys. She believes in empowering each person to reconnect with their body’s natural capacity for self-healing.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Courtney on the ice, coaching, refereeing, or enjoying the gym with her husband — always staying true to her lifelong love of an active, healthy life
